Picasso is such a happy dog who just loves his life. He only has one ear, and we guess his missing ear was cut off so that we could not trace his owner via his ear markings . Picasso was probably dumped by his owner as he came to us via the dog pound. For all he has been through he is an amazingly positive upbeat dog who really does make you smile. Picasso will want to have lots of cuddles so needs to be with a new family who will give him lots of cuddles and attention. He is a great fun dog and would make a lovely addition to make a family complete.
