Brian is a lovely old boy who is looking for a retirement home.  He is living in a foster home and his fosterers tell us he is “a real gent” as he is so calm, gentle and polite.  He is housetrained and used to living in a home environment, travelling by car etc.  Brian has lived with other dogs but likes  to be an only dog so that he can have all the attention in the home. If you do have other dogs they would need to be calm and laid back too, Brian doesn’t like too much rushing about. What he really wants is a quiet life without too much activity.  He likes his walks after which he wants to spend his days snoozing on the sofa and having cuddles.  He would be most suitable for  a retired person or couple as he prefers to have someone around most of the time. Brian just loves following his foster Dad around the house and garden. However, he can be left for short periods of a few hours.  He walks well on the lead, however may pull towards other dogs, he is not agressive and easily distracted if made to walk on.

Please make sure you are in a position to adopt a dog, before completing the online adoption form. We are unable to hold onto dogs for more than a few days, once you have passed your homecheck.

We do rehome throughout the UK, so long as you are prepared to travel to meet the dog within a few days of applying for him and then again to adopt him, once you have passed your homecheck.
