We all just love Roland and he gives lots of loving back. He has a crazy wagging tail and a really happy outlook on life. He really needs his own people to love him and it’s just not possible to give him all the contact he wants while he lives in a kennel. He has never lived in a home before and he will be a super confident boy, ready to team up with his new family. He walks nicely on the lead, but he is not a plodder hound and you do need to walk on, rather than standing in the park chatting! Most male black greyhounds will be content to be left for 4-5 hours provided you exercise them well before you leave. If you work full time, he will need a break in the middle of the day. He can live with sensible children over 10 years old, but not cats.

Roland has a pet passport.

Please make sure you are in a position to adopt a dog, before completing the online adoption form. We are unable to hold onto dogs for more than a few days, once you have passed your homecheck.

We do rehome throughout the UK, so long as you are prepared to travel to meet the dog within a few days of applying for him and then again to adopt him, once you have passed your homecheck.
