Simon is a shy and very handsome 4 yr old greyhound.  He foster mum thinks he is wonderful in every way.  He has perfect toilet training, he is good with all other dogs and he is very happy to be left alone.  After a good morning walk he can be left all day (with a lunch time visit) while his foster family go to work and school.  He does like to live with other dogs to give him confidence, although this is not essential depending on how long he will be left alone.

He is really snoozy and loves sofa cuddles. He loves sharing pop corn!

He also loves walking and he transforms into a big brave dog out in the countryside.  His favourite thing is looking out for rabbits and squirrels and on the way home from walks you can have a really funny  conversation with him about how many he spotted.  He can be quite interactive, bouncy and smiley after a successful outing! Luckily for the rabbits, Simon does need to stay on the lead.  He likes to have the security of his human at the other end to keep him safe.

Simon stayed with cats for a weekend earlier this year.  He did really well and did not show any interest in them.  If he lives with cats his new owner will need to follow the cat training guidelines, but he is certainly very trainable.  Because simon is shy, he is looking for a quieter home, rather than a busy  household with young children.

Simon really is a gentle, affectionate and sweet boy.

He has a pet passport.
