Turkey is a handsome four-year-old brindle boy with the most beautiful eyes and an equally beautiful heart. He’s incredibly loveable and affectionate… but let’s just say he wasn’t exactly blessed in the brains department. Turkey was definitely designed for loving, not thinking!
This gorgeous blue brindle lad enjoys going out and about, but his absolute favourite place in the world is your sofa. In his mind, he’s draped across it like a magnificent piece of living artwork. In reality? He usually looks like he’s about to slide right off — but that just adds to his charm.
If you’re looking for a sweet, cuddly, slightly daft companion who’ll fill your home with love (and questionable lounging positions), Turkey might just be your perfect match.

Turkey is currently living in a foster home, but before that, he spent time in kennels, so some things may still worry or confuse him. He’ll need gentle introductions to everyday household items that could spook him and a bit of support as he adjusts to home life. With time, patience, and understanding, Turkey will blossom into a wonderful companion ready to join you on your next adventure.
The “3-3-3 rule” for dogs refers to a guideline stating that it typically takes a newly adopted dog:
3 days to decompress after the change in his environment and the stress of having a new home and new owners.
3 weeks to start learning routines and bonding with their new family.
3 months to finally settle in and feel comfortable in their new home.
Turkey has a European pet passport so can be rehomed outside the UK so long as you can travel to us to meet and collect her (we don’t transport/deliver) and we can arrange a home check in your area.
