For those new Dora fans!
Dora the lurcher was at kennels August 24th 2017 to 24th Dec 2018 – she was feral, wild, and wilful but all the volunteers loved her – at this point we really did think we could find her a home… Five very long years later she is still in her long-term foster home, and is still feral and wilful, but not quite so wild.
No one was expecting her to leave kennels for Christmas – so we basically braced ourselves for Storm Dora and the chaos that surrounded her, as Dora doesn’t do boundaries!
Then in 2019 she went to Hampshire on holiday – her first ever holiday and only two weeks after joining her foster family.
In October 2019 she went to Castle Coombe – and did lots of modelling for our website!
She has been to Yorkshire twice, Cornwall, Liverpool, Chester, Cotswolds, Hampshire, Eastbourne, Marlow, Addington and Woodstock (where she ran a protection racket at the hotel refusing to let people in or out).
