On the day he arrived Zeus went out with some of our volunteers. They say that he was a very good boy, walking well on the lead with no pulling.  He walked passed all the dogs he met with no real reaction, just a little interest as to what they were.  He wanted to have a look in every shop in Headcorn Village but when taken to the tearooms he just decided to lay down next to the table and be a good boy.  He showed no interest in the food on offer and did not beg at the table.  He did take the treat offered to him at the end gently and did not snatch.

He is a lovely friendly laid back greyhound who we are sure will soon settle into a home.

Please read our covid statement – we are unable to rehome to all locations.

Please make sure you are in a position to adopt a dog, before completing the online adoption form. We are unable to hold onto dogs for more than a few days, once you have passed your homecheck.

We do rehome throughout the UK, so long as you are prepared to travel to meet the dog within a few days of applying for him and then again to adopt him, once you have passed your homecheck.
