Charlie is a galgo (a Spanish sighthound) who has had an awful past – he was used for hunting in Spain and then discarded when he was seen as no longer useful.

Charlie is living in a foster home with children and a male greyhound and everyone adores him and he adores his foster family.  Charlie is funny, affectionate, clever happy and he just loves to cuddle.  Galgos make great pets – he is living with a family who think he is just gorgeous!

If you have children please read our section on children and hounds.

Charlie has a pet passport.

Please make sure you are in a position to adopt a dog, before completing the online adoption form. We are unable to hold onto dogs for more than a few days, once you have passed your homecheck.

We do rehome throughout the UK, so long as you are prepared to travel to meet the dog within a few days of applying for him and then again to adopt him, once you have passed your homecheck.
