Kelly is a smallish lurcher who has been living in her foster home for 3 months. She gets on with other dogs very well, and she can be left by herself for a few hours. She currently lives other dogs, both male and female and her foster mum works so she is used to being left, with the company of other dogs.

Kelly will make a wonderful family pet, and will also suit a retired couple or to those working part-time (Kelly can be left alone for 4-5 hours). She is very affectionate and will cuddle into you and not move for hours! She will make a wonderful companion dog and give you lots of love. Kelly is a typical lurcher so loves to run around doing what lurchers love doing!

She is a smart girl, but would benefit from training classes so she can improve her recall and socialising skills. Kelly needs quite firm owners who can continue with the boundaries set by her foster mum, as she can be quite stubborn (but no more than any lurcher is!).

Kelly is housetrained, travels very well in the car and is just a really wonderful little girl who deserves a great home and has lots of love to give!

Please make sure you are in a position to adopt a dog, before completing the online adoption form. We are unable to hold onto dogs for more than a few days, once you have passed your homecheck.

We do rehome throughout the UK, so long as you are prepared to travel to meet the dog within a few days of applying for him and then again to adopt him, once you have passed your homecheck.
