Dirk

Dirk is a local boy who has lived with his owners since they adopted him from another rescue many years ago.  Sadly they are no longer able to keep him.  Dirk is a very sweet boy who loves nothing better than a snuggle on the sofa in the evening. He is still quite active and very much enjoys his walks, coming home to snooze the afternoon away.  Dirk is currently an only dog and doesn’t like being left alone.  He is fine when left in the company of other dogs so he need to be rehomed as either an only dog with an owner who around for most of the time and who is prepared to work through his issues, or to a home where there are other dogs.

Dirk is looking for either a forever home or a temporary foster home.  He is currently still with his owner but needs move asap and we really don’t want to put the lovely boy into kennels.  Could you help by providing him with a foster home until we can find him his permanent home?  You do need to live in Kent and either have other dogs or be around for most of the day.  He cant live with cats or young children but older children will be fine.  Please see our section on fostering for more information.
