Dobbie will be assessed shortly. He was found as a stray so we don’t know his background. He can’t live with cats or children under 10. It is your responsibility to teach him what is expected of him. He has already be let down so you need to be committed to helping him settle in and not give up at the first problem.

Dobbie was very shy when he was found and also very skinny but he has gained weight since being with the dog warden. He will be a super dog providing you are patient and can give him time to settle and adjust as he will be nervous to start with. There’s a gentle Lurcher in there for the right person.

Please make sure you are in a position to adopt a dog, before completing the online adoption form. We are unable to hold onto dogs for more than a few days, once you have passed your homecheck.

We do rehome throughout the UK, so long as you are prepared to travel to meet the dog within a few days of applying for him and then again to adopt him, once you have passed your homecheck.
