Ezra arrived at KGR via the dog pound where his owner/trainer had handed him in – we don’t think he has ever raced (he has very long gangly legs for a start!) as he was only born in 2013.  He is a very sweet boy – a bit goofy (but that is why we love them) but so handsome.  He has now been in a foster home with other dogs for a few months learing how to be a greyhound and not a big baby hound.  His foster mum now feels he is ready to find his own home.  He only just turned 2 in January.

Ezra is a young dog and may need more exercise that your regular retired middle aged greyhound, buthe is still lazy and laid back.  He can live with other dogs and older children.   He would not suit being an only dog as he enjoys the company of other dogs.  He is a great traveller, and he can be left for 4 hours without any problems.

As he has lived in a foster home he is housetrained.

Please make sure you are in a position to adopt a dog, before completing the online adoption form. We are unable to hold onto dogs for more than a few days, once you have passed your homecheck.

We do rehome throughout the UK, so long as you are prepared to travel to meet the dog within a few days of applying for him and then again to adopt him, once you have passed your homecheck.
