When Fred arrived he was so shy but it didn’t take him long to realise humans were there for cuddles and that wagging his tail was good fun and meant he was happy. He is 3 years old and he is one of the hounds who the racing industry cannot account for – he has a racing name and we know who is mum is – but on her records she didn’t give birth to him. This means Fred is very lucky to be with us!
Fred is a very cuddly boy – he loves to be loved. He is good with other dogs and even loves crazy Dora.
Fred can live with other dogs (he currently lives in a foster home with a male greyhound) or he can be an only dog. He ahs also been cat tested and as long as the guidelines are followed will be cat workable.
Fred has a pet passport.

Please make sure you are in a position to adopt a dog, before completing the online adoption form. We are unable to hold onto dogs for more than a few days, once you have passed your homecheck.
We do rehome throughout the UK, so long as you are prepared to travel to meet the dog within a few days of applying for him and then again to adopt him, once you have passed your homecheck.
