Hello

My name is Fliss and I’m a 3 years old female lurcher.

I was found wandering around by the dog warden in Ireland, spent a few days in the dog pound and am now in a foster home.  I currently share the foster home with other dogs which includes a rather large rotteweiler but we all get along fine!!  I also live happily with a black cat!!

If you come to see me, please don’t be put off if I come across scared or if I try to hide, I’m just a little unsure if you’re going to hurt me.  It won’t take me long though to know that this isn’t the case.  You may want to meet me a second time before you bring me home, we’ll then know each other a lot better and I won’t be so scared.

I love to play in the garden and being able to roam around safely.  I would like my new family to be fairly active and to enjoy taking me out for walks.

Are you taken with my gorgeous looks?  If so, come to see me when I arrive at KGR and don’t forget to take the time for me to get to know you.  I know we will have a bond that I have wished for, for so long…..

Please make sure you are in a position to adopt a dog, before completing the online adoption form. We are unable to hold onto dogs for more than a few days, once you have passed your homecheck.

We do rehome throughout the UK, so long as you are prepared to travel to meet the dog within a few days of applying for him and then again to adopt him, once you have passed your homecheck.
