Morgan is a tall, young greyhound with striking good looks and a big heart to match. He’s a happy, affectionate boy who loves his walks and enjoys meeting new people wherever he goes.
He’s looking for an active home with humans who will enjoy taking him on new adventures and exploring the world together. Morgan thrives on being outdoors — his foster mum takes him for an hour’s walk each day and a long hike at the weekend, and he can happily walk for hours! A different routine would suit him just fine, as long as he gets plenty of time out and about seeing new places.
Morgan would love an experienced owner who understands that he can be a little sensitive in the home. What he really needs is a quiet space of his own where he can relax and snooze the day away without being disturbed — and he’s verygood at sleeping!
He’s perfectly toilet trained, travels brilliantly in the car, and is, quite simply, a stunning boy inside and out.
If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion to share your adventures (and your sofa), Morgan could be the perfect match.

Morgan has a European pet passport, which means he can be rehomed outside the UK. Potential adopters must be able to travel to us to meet and collect him, as we don’t transport or deliver dogs. We’re also happy to arrange a home check in your area prior to adoption.
In these early days, it’s your responsibility to keep Paxo safe by keeping his world small and calm. Take things slowly and gently build up to more exciting experiences – too much, too soon can be overwhelming and may make the adoption harder for him.
Please remember to stay calm and relaxed throughout this settling-in period. If you feel anxious or stressed, Paxo is likely to feel the same. Greyhounds are incredibly sensitive, emotional souls and are very good at picking up on our moods.
Morgan is currently living in a foster home, but before that he spent time in kennels, so some everyday household sights and sounds may still feel new, confusing or a little worrying for him. He will need gentle introductions to things like hoovers, TVs and busy home life, along with plenty of reassurance as he learns that he is safe. With time, patience and understanding, Morgan will blossom into a wonderful companion, ready to share life’s adventures with you.
Before applying to adopt, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the 3-3-3 rule. This is some of the best advice available to help a new dog settle successfully into their new home.
3 days – In the first three days, your dog may feel scared, anxious or overwhelmed. He may also test boundaries as he tries to understand his new environment.
3 weeks – After around three weeks, he should start to feel more settled and become familiar with his routine. This is often when his personality begins to shine through.
3 months – By three months, your new dog will truly understand that this is his home. He will feel relaxed, secure and trusting, and much more like himself.
