Oscar is a large, stunning, white greyhound who is really sweet.  We don’t think he has been used for racing – maybe coursing as he is a big boy!   He need confident owners who will pass that confidence over to Oscar.  He could live in various situations but only with the right owners.  In his foster home he is perfect – he just slots in and is a really good boy.

Oscar needs someone happy to run his life for him, that way he will know what is expected of him and he will have rules and boundaries . If you are confident and organise him, so that he knows what is expected of him, he will be a very happy boy.  If you pander to him and over think everything he does – he will lose the ability to think for himself and he will become a very worried boy. He will pick up on an anxiety you may have – hence why you need to be laid back and confident around him.

Greyhounds are emotional sponges and they will pick up if you worry and over think – you will make them anxious.

He is very funny, interactive boy who loves being out and about for walks.  He is absolutely stunning with the cutest nose and spotty ears.  He will not be happy with a short walk everyday – he wants to be out exploring the world so will need at least an hour a day and more adventures at the weekend.
