Polly is a little girl weighing just 14kg. Polly has now been living in a foster home for a few months and is a different dog to the one arrived. She used to be very timid but now she is briming with confidence, She currently lives with 2 other lurchers and we feel she would love to live with at least one other dog, although she could be an only dog but you would have to have more patience with her and give her more time to settle in.

Polly lives with cats in her foster home and is fine with them. You would have to be prepared to go through some of the cat training until she gets used to your cats and your cats get used to Polly.

Polly is a lovely girl – very affectionate. She arrived with an estimated age of 5 years old but we now think she is more like 2 years old – she just looked older due to stress and neglect. Now that she is happy her true age is showing through.

Please make sure you are in a position to adopt a dog, before completing the online adoption form. We are unable to hold onto dogs for more than a few days, once you have passed your homecheck.

We do rehome throughout the UK, so long as you are prepared to travel to meet the dog within a few days of applying for him and then again to adopt him, once you have passed your homecheck.
