Jerry is the dream dog – he is 5 years old so that perfect age for cuddles on the sofa – trips to the pub but not too much exercise.  He loves to love.  He is great in the car – he enjoys being out and about – although he is still getting used to a social life rather than a working life.

The “3-3-3 rule” for dogs refers to a guideline stating that it typically takes a newly adopted dog:

3 days to decompress after the change in his environment and the stress of having a new home and new owners.

3 weeks to start learning routines and bonding with their new family.

3 months to finally settle in and feel comfortable in their new home.
