Astro is definitely a dog to meet: he is chunkier than some of the other greyhounds but he has simply the best nature! He is so laid back and happy, and has has everything you would expect from a super friendly retired greyhound with so much to give.

If you are looking for a placid, sofa-hogging cuddle monster then this is the dog for you.

He walks really nicely on a lead and is a pleasure to take out. He really is “a dope on a rope” when he is out… He just waddles along after you and you don’t even know he is on the end of the lead.

Astro is a charmer who will roll over for anyone who will give his belly a rub, and he will make an absolutely wonderful pet.
