Victor is a very sweet, very sensitive dog who needs owners who will give him stability and routine – he is only just 1 year old and has had a lot of upheaval in his young life. He is perfect in his foster home – he loves a cuddle, he is playful and funny but also very well behaved and quite lazy for such a young dog. He has been in his foster home for 6 months and he is now a changed dog – he is still nervous is new, busy social situations but he is perfect in every other way – and he gets braver every time he goes out.
He is a beautiful dog who has been through so much – he now needs to have his final home. Like all young dogs he needs owners around a lot of the time unless you have other dogs or doggie day care solutions (he goes to doggie day care and he loves it). He adores playing with other dogs and we will be doing regular updates for him on our facebook page. Victor appears very confident at times but he is still very unsure, so he needs owners who will explain what they expect from him by rewarding him when he does it right – and who will never force him to do something he dosn’t want to do because he is scared.
Victor is great with other dogs and loves playtime – he is gentle, sweet and kind with them. He is also cat workable so long as you are prepared to follow the guidance (if you don’t then the cat training will probably fail). Victor cannot be homed with children because he is still a bit nervous in new situations.
Galgos although described as a Spanish greyhound are much more like our lurchers than our greyhounds. They are lazy in the home but more active outside and they have more stamina so need longer walks.
Victor has a pet passport.

We do rehome throughout the UK, so long as you are prepared to travel to meet the dog within a few days of applying for him and then again to adopt him, once you have passed your homecheck.
