Aston is a very happy, friendly boy – he loves kisses and cuddles and is very playful.  He is currently living with another greyhound and his foster family describe him as “just adorable”.

He is getting used to life in a home and is doing really well with his toilet training.  He loves his walks and will enjoy accompanying his new family on lots of adventures to the seaside, the woods and parks.  He is a joy to be around and his new owner will love to show him off.

He is currently  living with another dog but could also be an only dog.  We expect he will be content to be left alone for 4 -5 hours  provided his owners take time to build up his confidence over a couple of weeks.  He has been good with other dogs he has met but as with all greyhounds he needs to be carefully introduced to smaller dogs.  Training classes are a great way to meet other dogs and owners.

Aston will make a wonderful addition to most families.

We are currently unable to rehome to all locations due to Covid restrictions – these change regularly so please read the latest here.  Please do not apply unless we are able rehome in your area.

If you have children please read our page on children and dogs.  We are unable to rehome to families with children under 10 as our dogs are not assessed and have rarely lived in a home before they arrive with us.

If you are interested in younger dogs (2 and under) please read our blog for more information.

Please make sure you are in a position to adopt a dog, before completing the online adoption form. We are unable to hold onto dogs for more than a few days, once you have passed your homecheck.

We do rehome throughout the UK, so long as you are prepared to travel to meet the dog within a few days of applying for him and then again to adopt him, once you have passed your homecheck.
